Stephen Tweed, CSP, has spent the last 30 years working with home care organizations that want to grow and with home care leaders who want to prepare for the future. Currently, he is the Chairman and CEO of Leading Home Care…a Tweed Jeffries Company. Additionally, he is the founder of the Home Care CEO Forum, a network of executives in the top 10% of the home care industry.
Stephen is an internationally recognized health care and business strategist, award-winning professional speaker, and published author. His most recent book, Conquering the Crisis: Proven Solutions for Caregiver Recruiting and Retention, was published in 2018.
Additionally, he also serves as an adjunct instructor in Corporate Culture in the Nido R. Qubein Graduate School of Communication at High Point University in High Point, NC

HCAF group rate: $209 per night, plus applicable taxes and a $30 daily resort fee. The resort fee includes::
- Internet access for two devices and 1-800 local calls
- Two beach chairs and a two-hour bike rental
- 1A one-hour bodyboard or foam surfboard rental
- Resort activities, including daily yoga
- Two refillable water bottles
- Fitness center and beach access, with beach towels
The group rate may also be available for two days before and after the retreat, subject to availability.
Parking: Valet only; $42 per day plus tax. Rate subject to change.

The registration fee includes breakfast on both days as well as lunch, break refreshments, and a happy hour reception. Registration fees will increase by $50 two weeks before the retreat. Registration is subject to our cancellation, substitution, and payment policies.
